NETTUNO aims to advance the fundamental understanding of wake behavior in floating offshore wind turbines and the resulting load patterns on downstream rotors. Wind tunnel experiments replicate representative operating conditions to measure turbine wakes and assess their impact on downstream machines. The resulting high-quality dataset is released as open access, enabling systematic validation of numerical models and supporting the accurate simulation of floating wind farms.
