MeetMeTonight is the Italian Edition of the European Researchers Night (Marie Curie Action MSCA-NIGHT) where researchers present their activities outside the University to common people.
MeetMeTonight takes place from September 28 and 29 at Giardini Indro Montanelli in Milano. Research labs from Politecnico di Milano, Università degli Studi di Milano e di Bicocca will present their research activities.
The Department of Mechanical Engineering will present a wind tunnel model to show the activities performed at GVPM at Stand ST12 named “Il vento c’è… e si vede” (There is the wind… and you can see it). People can feel the wind, see the wind and notice the interaction with a sailing boat model installed in the tunnel. They will be able to trim the sails and see the effect on the flow and on the boat.
